IMPORTANT TOOLS FOR MAKEUP (Guide for Beginners)

Makeup tools are highly essential for the makeup enthusiasts. From application to finishing, having a variety of tools and products to pick from is key. As a makeup lover, its important to have and know the right tools for makeup. I know most girls have a huge makeup bag but know little about what they are for and some don't even have the right tools for application. Do you want to get acquainted with the right tools for your makeup collection? Am sure you do.

Brushes- are important in creating a work of art; so you need a brush set. Every makeup brush has a specific purpose, either to apply or blend colors together. I love all my brushes. Even the very least is so important like my pounded yam with egusi soup. Lol!
Buy as many brushes as you can afford for any brush you buy will come in handy when you least expect. Having a variety to choose from is something you will never regret. There are natural fiber brushes and synthetic fiber.

We have;
Face brushes (powder brush, fan brush e.t.c) for foundation, concealer, powder, contour and highlighting, blush.
Eye brushes (crease or blending brush, flat eye-shadow brush, angled brush, spooley)
Lip brushes for applying and blending lip products(lipsticks, lip pencils, lip stain, lip gloss)

Eyelash curler- used to curl the upper eyelashes. Curl when they are dry and clean. Don't curl with mascara on lashes because it could leave you with broken lashes.

Beauty blender/Wedge sponges- are handy for blending and smoothing out makeup lines on the face and eyes.

Cotton swab- used for removing excess makeup around the eyes or lips. To correct makeup errors.

Brow comb- used to style the brows or brush out excess brow powder.

Tweezers- used to pick and apply lashes. Easily handled with hands. Also used to pluck hairs from the brows.
