Just eating right and using the appropriate skin product or treatment can sure give you a skin without flaws.

There are different methods to achieving a flawless skin. I prefer natural methods which are safer and cheaper. You don't have to buy expensive products to get that beautiful skin.

Here are the very simple and natural ways to look and be flawless.

Be mindful of what you eat especially before bed. Keep away from fried foods before bed if you have an oily skin.

Clean off makeup completely before bed. We all know that after a long stressful day, all we want is to jump right into bed with makeup on. If you crave flawless, then don't forget to always wash the makeup off.

Always stay hydrated. Be it juice(natural) or clean water. It makes your skin flawless and keeps your body healthy.

Take fresh fruits and vegetables like carrots, papaya, apples, oranges, avocado, green leaves, grapes and watermelon. They are highly effective for beautiful skin when taken daily.

Try to sleep for at least 6-8 hours daily so your skin will get the required amount of rest it needs to function effectively.

Avoid sunlight as much as possible. It affects the skin epidermis.



Now let's take a look at the natural ways to achieve flawless skin.

Steaming the face with hot water, three times a week. Then you can apply honey and lemon mixed together on face after steaming for deep cleansing. Leave for 30 minutes before washing off.
This leaves your skin feeling smooth and flawless.

Take green tea with honey before bed. Its rich in anti-oxidants which helps eliminate toxins.

Apply egg yolk on clean skin for some minutes and wash with warm water. It softens and smoothens the skin, also leaves it hydrated.
