Follow this natural and simple methods below

DRINKING WATER- Water flushes out toxins that are harmful and causes pimples. Water generally is vital, for it hydrates and makes you function properly. It flushes out calories and also locks moisture on our skin. At least drink up a big bottle of water daily.

Mix lemon and honey and apply on clean face for 30 mins as face mask but as scrub, include granulated sugar and mix together before application [THREE TIMES A WEEK].

HANDS OFF THAT FACE!- Why do we think squeezing pimple on the face would make it disappear but it worsens the case. HOW? The bacteria on our hands causes the zit to spread and not only that it leaves a dark spot behind. While using treatment on your pimples, avoid popping or touching the affected area with dirty hands.

SLEEPING WITH MAKEUP ON IS A NO!- Always wash your face and steam with hot water before bed. Going to bed with makeup blocks your pores from breathing and thus causes breakout. When you steam, your pores open therefore allowing treatment penetrate and work effectively[STEAM WITH HONEY AND LEMON OR ANY NATURAL MASK OF YOUR CHOICE AFTER WASHING OFF THE MAKEUP].

LIMIT INTAKE OF BAD CARBS AND GREASY FOODS-  It has got bad cholesterol leading to unhealthy fats. Foods high in carbs trigger pimples because it increases blood sugar level.
CUCUMBER- Whitens the skin if taken on a regular basis. It also prevents pimples and dryness of the face.

They reside mostly in the Northern part of the country known to them as ''Arewa'' which is translated as Northern Nigeria. They are primarily Muslims while few are Christians. Although a great number of people in this region speak the Hausa language, different tribes among them have their own unique dialects. The Hausa traditional marriage is not as time consuming or expensive like the Yoruba and Igbo traditional marriage rites.
