There are so many reasons why we suffer from pimples especially ladies. It mostly starts from puberty but now stress, oil, sugar, makeup and so on. If you are looking out for a solution or treatment to pimples and dark spots, read this article carefully for I tried all this and it worked.

I used to have breakouts and tried so many facial products. I came across this wonderful face wash that I used for years and it works like magic if you use it properly. While using this face wash, follow the instructions written on it for it dries the face if overused.

Neutrogena oil free acne wash clears breakout when used on a clean face daily. Apply a natural moisturizer or steam with honey after washing your face. The reason for steaming or moisturizing is so your face doesn't overdry.

Follow this natural and simple methods below

DRINKING WATER- Water flushes out toxins that are harmful and causes pimples. Water generally is vital, for it hydrates and makes you function properly. It flushes out calories and also locks moisture on our skin. At least drink up a big bottle of water daily.

HONEY AND LEMON- Honey is chemical-free and great for the face . It promotes moisture and can heal wounds. Lemon is an astringent and thus effective in treating pimples. Lemon contains vitamin-c which is vital for healthy glowing skin and kills bacteria that causes pimples.
Mix lemon and honey and apply on clean face for 30 mins as face mask but as scrub, include granulated sugar and mix together before application [THREE TIMES A WEEK].

HANDS OFF THAT FACE!- Why do we think squeezing pimple on the face would make it disappear but it worsens the case. HOW? The bacteria on our hands causes the zit to spread and not only that it leaves a dark spot behind. While using treatment on your pimples, avoid popping or touching the affected area with dirty hands.

SLEEPING WITH MAKEUP ON IS A NO!- Always wash your face and steam with hot water before bed. Going to bed with makeup blocks your pores from breathing and thus causes breakout. When you steam, your pores open therefore allowing treatment penetrate and work effectively[STEAM WITH HONEY AND LEMON OR ANY NATURAL MASK OF YOUR CHOICE AFTER WASHING OFF THE MAKEUP].

LIMIT INTAKE OF BAD CARBS AND GREASY FOODS-  It has got bad cholesterol leading to unhealthy fats. Foods high in carbs trigger pimples because it increases blood sugar level.
CUCUMBER- Whitens the skin if taken on a regular basis. It also prevents pimples and dryness of the face.

ORANGE JUICE- Is really effective for pimples and blemish removal either taken as juice or applied directly on the face as treatment every night before bed.

TRY THESE SIMPLE STEPS AND GET THAT DREAM SKIN FOR SURE.
[ NOTE: It takes self-discipline and determination to get that healthy clear skin.]

TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE IN HAUSALAND - THE PROCESS AND RITES

The Hausa are one of the most congested ethnic groups in Africa. They are heterogeneous in nature but culturally homogeneous people. They reside mostly in the Northern part of the country known to them as ''Arewa'' which is translated as Northern Nigeria. They are primarily Muslims while few are Christians. Although a great number of people in this region speak the Hausa language, different tribes among them have their own unique dialects. The Hausa traditional marriage is not as time consuming or expensive like the Yoruba and Igbo traditional marriage rites. Unlike in other culture where you are allowed some kind of freedom with the opposite sex, a Hausa man and woman don't have such freedom and the only thing that will bring about sexual contact between them is marriage. The Na Gani Ina  is the first stage where the groom with his male friends and kinsmen visit the bride's family house to make their intention known. They also go along with gifts. The ...
