SIMPLEST WAYS TO GET RID OF BELLY FAT

''HEALTH REQUIRES HEALTHY FOOD.'' - ROGER WILLIAMS
Don't ask why good food is expensive but ask why junk food is cheap. Every 35 days your skin replaces itself, your liver about a month. Your body makes these new cells from the food you eat. What you eat literally becomes you, you have a choice in what you are made of. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

Do not use your stomach as trash can. You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces, just good food from fresh ingredients. As Jim Rohn would say ''Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. If you are ready to get that flat belly then its a goal you must accomplish by being disciplined with what you eat and drink.

Here are some fruits and vegetables that can rid you of that belly fat.

Mushrooms
They are high in vitamin D and low levels of vitamin D causes abdominal obesity.
Mushroom is fat free, high in fiber and low calories. Getting that fat out of your belly will take determination and discipline. Eat the right food and you are on your way to achieving that goal.

This fruit has healthy fat, high in fiber and possess important nutrients. Its often called ''pear''.
Avocado is high in potassium which is one of the important mineral for the body. This fruit is best for those trying to burn fat because its low in carb which is one attribute that promotes weight loss.

This method aids digestion process. When digestion is robust, your body breaks down food better and maintains a healthy flat belly.

excellent for weight loss. Take this mixture before bed everyday and wake up to a healthy body.

This fruit can help you cut back on calories. The citrus fruit is highly nutritious and reduces the effect of insulin in your body, thus aids weight loss.

This wonderful fruit has so many benefits and can be a great snack to replace other junk cravings.
Coconut oil boosts metabolism(availability of nutrients in the body) and reduces appetite. It also burns fat, thus its the ideal oil for cooking or frying.

Tomatoes
Tomato falls under both fruits or vegetables and a great source of vitamin C. It eliminates fat and supports heart health. Vitamin C enables our body to burn fat already stored in the body. The nutrients in tomatoes helps in losing belly fat.

Apples
This fruit is packed with fiber that helps increase metabolic rate (the rate at which our body burns calories) and stay full in between meals.
Apple adds pectin that restrict cells from taking in fat (pectin is a compound in apple). Apples contain very high concentration of pectin. It also treats digestive disorders, so don't forget to take at least one apple daily.

Bananas
are filled with fibers. It also burns fat and restrains appetite. The fibers in banana block carbs from being absorbed by the body. This makes the body burn fat as energy instead of carbs.
It is a great flat belly food. I would recommend you change your fatty night meals to bananas if you are serious about loosing that belly fat. Also, the potassium in banana helps build muscles that will burn fat.

I take fruits seriously and you should too. We overlook the amazing benefits we could derive from taking natural foods. Drop those carbs, chocolates and all the sweet cravings if you desire to look healthy.

TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE IN HAUSALAND - THE PROCESS AND RITES

The Hausa are one of the most congested ethnic groups in Africa. They are heterogeneous in nature but culturally homogeneous people. They reside mostly in the Northern part of the country known to them as ''Arewa'' which is translated as Northern Nigeria. They are primarily Muslims while few are Christians. Although a great number of people in this region speak the Hausa language, different tribes among them have their own unique dialects. The Hausa traditional marriage is not as time consuming or expensive like the Yoruba and Igbo traditional marriage rites.
