HOW TO SUCCEED IN LIFE DESPITE TRIBULATIONS

Why do we find ourselves going forth and back in Christianity. The only reason is we have no reverence for God. If we truly have respect for God, the fear of him striking us or casting us away would align us but we have no fear of God why because we simply can't see him.

Imagine this; if we have a curfew from our real parents at 6pm, we dare not stay out after 6pm because we know what would happen next. That fear of not getting caught outside by our parents shows the reverence we have for them. Along the line, its grows on us and becomes a part of our lifestyle. If only we could see God, a lot of things won't be happening but we should know God isn't human. Just like how we can't see hope or faith but yet we live most of our lives in faith and hoping for the better.

Even if we get to see God, he would be lashing us every now and then like our parents because he wants the best for us and knows the best for us. God knows the end of everything at the beginning and every beginning from the very end.
The difference between God and our parents is that God created our parents and every other living and non-living creatures but our parents gave birth to us through His grace and they can't see the end of our lives but can only guide us physically through God so we have a better ending as He willed.
Have you ever wondered when you promise yourself that you won't do a particular thing again but in a week time, you find yourself doing that same thing. It takes the fear of God and a strong-willed  person to succeed in life. I would suggest you flee from those things that make you withdraw from God's principles or falter over and over again. Why don't we just focus on our being here on earth rather than pleasures of the world? I ponder this everyday. No matter how many times you do something, it will give you same result except you change how you do it. Persistency is the key to achieving greatness because you keep pushing, keep doing, keep moving no matter the pain or failure you derive each day.  Those people who have succeeded in life made their way through being persistent. Yes they have failed too but its not how many times you failed that really matters but how many times you get up and try again. That's what makes you who you are and who you will become.
Choose winning and winning isn't giving up! Be a conqueror! The one who kept pressing hard till they made it. Even if you are not seeing the outcome, just continue because if a seed can turn to a tree someday then how much more humans. Trust the process, stay positive and believe in your journey.
Everyone who made it has failed and everyone who failed will make it through His grace and through determination. Don't confuse your path with your destination, just because its stormy now doesn't mean that you aren't headed for sunshine.

TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE IN HAUSALAND - THE PROCESS AND RITES

The Hausa are one of the most congested ethnic groups in Africa. They are heterogeneous in nature but culturally homogeneous people. They reside mostly in the Northern part of the country known to them as ''Arewa'' which is translated as Northern Nigeria. They are primarily Muslims while few are Christians. Although a great number of people in this region speak the Hausa language, different tribes among them have their own unique dialects. The Hausa traditional marriage is not as time consuming or expensive like the Yoruba and Igbo traditional marriage rites. Unlike in other culture where you are allowed some kind of freedom with the opposite sex, a Hausa man and woman don't have such freedom and the only thing that will bring about sexual contact between them is marriage. The Na Gani Ina  is the first stage where the groom with his male friends and kinsmen visit the bride's family house to make their intention known. They also go along with gifts. The
