HOW TO GET PEOPLE TO LIKE YOU NATURALLY

"IF YOU ARE NATURALLY KIND, YOU ATTRACT ALOT OF PEOPLE YOU DON'T LIKE.'' -WILLIAM FEATHER

''Don't let people treat you like a cigarette, they only use you when they are bored and step on you when they are done. Be like drugs, let them die for you.''
If we don't act real and be ourselves in places we go to, we end up unhappy and lonely. The mistake we make is that we try to please everyone and forget that no matter what you do, not everyone will like you or appreciate you the way you deserve. Its called Humanity! We ain't perfect.

WE SHOULD LEARN TO ALWAYS SMILE
Smiling is contagious and even if you not in a good mood, fake it and you end up smiling for real. A smile makes the other person feel welcome and free to speak to you however they desire. It tells the person you are here to listen and how happy and lovely of a person you are. There's no way you smile to someone you just met and they don't smile back. Always make it real as well and even when they don't smile back, don't give up. Go further by making a conversation and be sincere, show interest in knowing about that person and surely they would respond as expected.

DO SOMETHING OUTSTANDING TO BE REMEMBERED
Wherever you find your self, always stand out. Be an impact positively where you work, school, live and so on. Don't do things like an hypocrite, let your yes be yes and no be no. Haven't you come in contact with a colleague or friend that you admire a lot because of the way they do things or act or in your work environment, there should be a particular client that makes you happy when he/she shows up. Its because there is something they do or did that stood out to you. Be remembered for something and please, for something good and not bad. This would make people like you naturally and like you for real.

DRESS UNIQUE AND PRACTICE HYGIENE
Dress the way you will like to be addressed. People love fashionable outfits and are easily fooled by the clothings we put on. Personal hygiene is also very critical in getting people to like us naturally. Who likes to be around someone who stinks or has a bad breathe. Wear clean clothes, brush twice a day, use good body sprays and anti-perspirants. People are attracted to those who don't fail to look good and clean.

SAY WHAT INTEREST PEOPLE
People like it when you show you are interested in knowing them or keeping in touch especially those you see everyday like in the office or neighbourhood. Whenever you remember something important they told you, they are impressed. Compliments also go a long way. It makes people feel good and everyone loves some attention. It must not always be about you, be considerate and let others feel a sense of belonging. Speak good things and positive words that will help them boost their self-esteem and solve immediate issues. Try not to criticize or condemn no matter what they tell you.

We all have our ways and thoughts about how to get people to like us naturally but this is what I think.

TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE IN HAUSALAND - THE PROCESS AND RITES

The Hausa are one of the most congested ethnic groups in Africa. They are heterogeneous in nature but culturally homogeneous people. They reside mostly in the Northern part of the country known to them as ''Arewa'' which is translated as Northern Nigeria. They are primarily Muslims while few are Christians. Although a great number of people in this region speak the Hausa language, different tribes among them have their own unique dialects. The Hausa traditional marriage is not as time consuming or expensive like the Yoruba and Igbo traditional marriage rites.
