A GREAT FIGURE OR PHYSIQUE IS NICE, BUT IT'S SELF CONFIDENCE THAT MAKES SOMEONE REALLY SEXY.- VIVICA A. FOX

THERE CAN BE NO FAILURE TO ONE WHO HAS NOT LOST THEIR COURAGE, THEIR CHARACTER, THEIR SELF RESPECT, OR THEIR SELF-CONFIDENCE.

Low self esteem has always been a problem for people especially those lacking confidence. In relationships, one reason for jealousy is lack of self confidence!
Are you that type that looks into your partner's phone every now and then, looking for what would bring your mood down. STOP! That will only make you worry more and bring issues to your relationship.
Here are few ideas that would make you better your confidence:

1. LOOK NEAT.
If only you knew how much of a difference a shower can make you feel. Shave when you need to and use deodorants to make your body smell nice. Remember your feet, toes and finger nails to clean them. This is one of the simplest ways to make you confident in yourself. Wear clean, nice and fitted outfits that would bring out your physique.

2. KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
You have to know what makes you feel down. What causes your negative thinking and tackle it rather than letting it go. If you can write it down, fine but if not pause and think deep. Look in the mirror and see your true self, speak good things until it sinks in! Get to know your self and don't compare to others. Be you for you and appreciate you! You are awesome and unique!

3. BE A LOVABLE PERSON.
Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Love starts from you! You have to love yourself before you can love someone else. Be kind to yourself. Be generous to those around you, with your time and be transparent! Don't take things too seriously and just laugh out when you feel that negativity knocking. Thinking you are a good person boosts your self confidence.

4. HAVE PRINCIPLES AND KEEP THEM.
Having principles will give you direction. Without principles, you will loose your path. If you have principles, do you keep them?  Try to have direction for your life and live by it or you might have trouble. People without principles accept anything and do anything but those with principles have direction of where they want to be, or do, or go or whom they want to date or what they want to believe in and they stand by it.

5. BE THANKFUL.
Being thankful can boost your confidence and humble you. Being thankful shows appreciation and makes you feel good. We need to be thankful for everything we have and are today because no matter what you think, there are a lot of people who desire to be like you, or have your job, or have your talent and even have a family like yours.

6. CHANGE SOMETHING ABOUT YOU.
There's that one thing about you that need to stop or start doing. Try something new like singing in the shower, go running, stop clubbing, stop gossiping, draw something or start giving more than usual. Change something for a while and you will  feel good.

7. BE HAPPY AND ALWAYS SMILE.
It makes you feel better and it doesn't cost anything or take your energy. It makes someone happy when you are happy. There's something special about happiness, its contaminable. Just smile when you feel down or feel unhappy, uneasy, grouchy, even when things don't go your way. It works like magic. Happiness lightens up the mood and boost your confidence!
